Dr. Shilpa Varma is a distinguished Clinical Nutritionist and Academic Faculty with extensive experience in teaching, research, and clinical practice. She contributes to undergraduate and postgraduate nutrition education as visiting faculty at DY Patil College and Pimpri Chinchwad University. Her teaching and research interests include clinical nutrition, metabolic care, diabetes management, nutrigenomics, and public health nutrition. She actively integrates evidence-based clinical practice into the classroom, preparing students for advanced dietetic practice. Dr. Varma has authored multiple publications and books, serves on international editorial boards, and has received the prestigious MNI Award 2024.

She has authored multiple book chapters, published research in international journals, and actively contributes to conferences and workshops. Ms. Gorey is ESPEN LLL certified, FODMAP Diet certified, and a registered dietitian. Her leadership in clinical nutrition is recognized through national awards, including Excellence in Medical Nutrition Therapy (IAPEN, 2025) and Therapeutic Food Service Management (IAPEN, 2023).

Shradha Vijan Bansal is a Senior Dietitian with over 15 years of experience in clinical nutrition and academic teaching. She specializes in gastrointestinal and critical care nutrition, integrating evidence-based practice into student learning, hospital education, and applied research. Her interests include nutritional genomics, dietary therapy for IBS and ketogenic interventions, and professional training in dietetics. Shradha has co-authored chapters in IAPEN India’s Nutrition Care Process, contributed to research projects, and received the Excellence in Medical Nutrition Practice Award (IAPEN, 2025), mentoring students while advancing clinical nutrition practice.

Ms. Luana Mascarenhas is a Graduate Researcher and Academic Teaching Fellow with over a decade of experience in clinical dietetics and higher education. She specializes in integrating evidence-based nutrition science into teaching and student training, bridging research and practice in nutrition and dietetics. Her academic interests include personalized and precision nutrition, metabolic health, and clinical dietetics. She is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), a Certified FODMAP Dietitian, and a Certified Nutrigenomics Counselor, and was awarded a full scholarship at the Centre of Sports Research, Deakin University.

Rhea has contributed to ongoing Nutrition Stewardship studies, authored a thesis on menstrual health and dietary intake, and published research in international journals. She has been recognized with 4 WOW Awards for streamlining ICU nutrition therapy and continues to mentor students while advancing applied nutrition research.

Margi Mankad, M.Sc, C.D.E.

Margi is a clinical dietitian with over four years of hands-on experience who believes food is not just fuel, it is therapy. She helps individuals heal, thrive, and build sustainable habits through personalized, evidence-based nutrition practices.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics and is a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE). She is also FODMAP certified by Monash University and a lifetime member of the Indian Dietetic Association (IDA) and the Indian Association of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (IAPEN).
Beyond hospital settings, Margi has guided clients worldwide in managing a range of metabolic health conditions. She is passionate about simplifying complex nutrition science through talks, workshops, and digital education, empowering people to make informed and confident food choices. Her research work on hedonic hunger and mindful eating has been featured in Scopus index journals.
Her mission is to help people embrace food as nourishment and build a healthy, joyful, and guilt-free relationship with eating.
